Richard Todd

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Since January 2015, Richard Todd has been the Chief Executive Officer with executive responsibility for the STARCO Group. He joined STARCO in 2009, coming from a position as Plant Manager within the industry. Internally he has held a position of COO. In this capacity, he has been leading STARCO into the ranks of world-class manufactures with extensive improvements to the efficiency and flexibility of our manufacturing operations.

Karsten E. Petersen

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


Chief Financial Officer Karsten E. Petersen joined STARCO in 2009, coming from previous positions as Group CFO and Business Development Manager. As CFO he is responsible for managing the financial side of the STARCO business and ensuring the legal directions are being followed. He is also responsible for the IT strategy, including the development of the STARCO Core Navision system.

Thomas Ballegaard

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)


Joining STARCO in 2015, Thomas Ballegaard holds the position as Chief Commercial Officer with the responsibility of Sales, Marketing, Communication and Research & Development. Thomas has held senior positions in various industries in his career, latest in the wind industry. He is leading STARCO’s commercial and strategic development with the aim of becoming an even stronger partner for our customers.

Trine Lysdal Nør

HR Director


Trine Lysdal Nør joined STARCO in 1997. She has held positions as Group Strategic Purchaser and Research & Development Director. As HR Director Trine is defining the Human Resource strategy and supporting the implementation. This includes Human Resource planning, internal training and educational activities, Health & Safety as well as handling employment related legal matters across the group.

Brian Lorentzen

Marketing Director


Started in STARCO in 2001. He has held positions as Sales Manager of Scandinavia and as Group business development manager. Previously Brian has been establishing STARCO Sweden and taking part in the establishment of STARCO's activities in Italy. As Marketing Director he is defining the marketing strategy as well as driving the implementation hereof.

Peter Hanghøj

Supply Chain Director


Started in STARCO in April 2016, Peter Hanghøj holds the position as Supply Chain Director with responsibility of end-to-end supply chain from supplier call-off to customer delivery, including Logistics, Operations and Customer Service. Peter has extensive experience within Supply Chain and Logistics from various industries, but latest in the Entertainment / Architectural Lighting industry.

Specialised Vehicles and National Distributors


Sven Holmes has been in the agricultural and industrial wheel industry since 1999. He is responsible for growing STARCO’s presence in the specialised vehicles segment and strengthening relationships with national distributors and hereby the sales of agricultural made-to-measure and dual wheels for the agricultural industry across Europe.

Henno Plaggenborg

Industrial Vehicles and Light Transportation


Since 1992 Henno Plaggenborg has worked internationally with development and sales of tyres for forklift trucks and other heavy industrial machinery. He has a strong network within the industry and extensive experience. He is responsible for developing the growing market for Industrial vehicles and light transport tyres and wheel solutions internationally.

Shaun Jones

Trailers & Caravans


Shaun Jones has been selling wheels & tyres for more than 25 years – nearly 20 years at STARCO - primarily with original equipment manufacturers, specialising in the high speed trailer and caravan sector. Shaun is responsible for maintaining and growing STARCO’s largest segment, Trailer & Caravan, across Europe.

Frédéric Ivancich

Agricultural Implements, Tractors, Utility & Ground Care


Frédéric Ivancich has been in the tyres and wheel industry since 1993, holding positions as Export manager at Electrolux, as OEM manager at Trelleborg and as OE sales director at LIT product line.
Frédéric is responsible for maintaining and growing the segments Agricultural Implements, Tractors, and Utility & Ground Care across Europe.
