An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development manager / Key Account Manager in our Industrial segment.

Reporting through a matrix structure to the Country Manager and the Segment Director and working closely with our international sales teams, you will be responsible maintaining and developing the relationship with the existing account portfolio ensuring our client is the preferred partner of choice on any new projects and RFQs.

When you aren’t servicing the existing accounts, you will be responsible for ‘getting your foot in the door’ with prospect accounts, securing new RFQs and new business with new Construction Equipment / Off-highway OEMs.
With this role, there is also an element of aftermarket responsibility so you will be responsible for developing the relationship with key aftermarket dealers and distributors to ensure our client is offered the preferred replacement product.

About you

The successful candidate will be a proven sales professional experienced selling to the Off-highway or Construction equipment OEMs / manufacturers. We are open on product the key thing for us is that you have an understanding of the OEMs and their procurement process / route to market.
