About the job
You will be part of a team driving the corporate marketing and communication activities and get hand-on experience and insight in a re-branding process with a change in market focus and a shift from traditional marketing to content marketing. Furthermore, you will take part in raising the bar in regards of internal communication. Concrete task could be:
- Copy writing – both for internal and external use.
- Guidelines, tips & tricks and video tutorials with ”best practice” communication for our middle managers and sales team developing teams and individuals.
- Implement a new approach to media contact.
- Take part in evaluation of internal communications.
- Video scripts and screen play.
- Implement new employee portal and leadership portal on our intranet.
- Various HR/Communications tasks – both minor administrative and larger guidelines and employer branding related tasks.
Your tasks will vary depending on fields of interest and skills.
You are inquisitive and have an pragmatic, persistent and proactive approach to assignments. You have preferably a bachelor degree, study a master’s degree in marketing, communication or journalism and have work experience. Cand.public. would be perfect. You speak and write English fluently.
