STARCO technical team ramps up!

Phil Robbins has been appointed Sales Support Engineer in STARCO’s technical team, located in UK. With this appointment, STARCO has strengthened the efforts to constantly provide customers with the most competent minds in our industry.
Now STARCO’s many OEM customers and Aftermarket wheel and tyre specialists, will be able to draw upon the extensive technical knowhow and practical experience of Phil Robbins.
He joins the company from Michelin tyres where he was a Technical Manager for earthmover and industrial tyres in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Prior to this, Phil spent six years based at the Michelin HQ in Clermont-Ferrand, France, as a Technical Manager responsible for truck tyres used and manufactured on the African continent. Other roles during his nearly 30 year career with Michelin have included time spent as a trainer in manufacturing quality control in South Korea as well as numerous specialist roles for commercial, industrial and earthmover tyres. He brings a wealth of tyre knowledge and specialist training. Mike Green, Group Technical Manager says:

Phil will be providing technical sales support to our entities around the world and will be working alongside our team of sales experts in specific customer projects. He will also be working to improve on internal processes to improve our technical customer support.
